Certified to LPS 1175 Issue 8 (SR1), the system is engineered to resist opportunist intrusion, making it suitable for commercial, industrial and controlled access environments.
Built around a precision-engineered folding mechanism and compact dual-leaf configuration, the gate combines strength, efficiency and space-saving operation. The high-torque gearbox drive system, heavy-duty hinges and integrated Feig TST FUZ2-B controller ensure smooth and dependable performance in demanding environments.
Supplied fully assembled and factory tested, the FT-IMPAB-SR1 Automatic Bifolding Gate delivers a practical and reliable solution for sites where speed, durability and perimeter security are essential.
The system is certified to LPS 1175 Issue 8 A1 (Security Rating SR1) and is UKCA and CE approved. Gate speeds operate between 4–6 seconds per metre, with maximum span dimensions of 5 metres for single gates and 10 metres for double gate configurations. Maximum gate heights range from 2.4 metres to 3 metres depending on specification.
SR1 infill options include SHS square or diamond pale palisade and 358 mesh (4 mm). The gate system is designed for 100% heavy industrial duty cycle usage and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Electrical requirements consist of a single phase 230V Single Phase 50Hz 10 Amp supply. The gate is supplied with a Feig TST FUZ2-B controller and high-torque gearbox drive system to ensure smooth and synchronised operation.
The unit is hot dip galvanised and finished with a durable 2-pack paint coating, with all RAL colours available. Optional extras include razor wire extensions, anti-climb spikes, traffic lights and warning sirens.
